Il Molino di Rovescala, is located on the Oltrepò Pavese hills: a centuries -old winery full of history whose adventure has been continuing with the Passerini family, for three generations producing typical DOC and IGT wines. Tradition and innovation go hand in hand: the ancient knowledge combines with modern knowledge while minimizing the use of additives and respecting the natural times of each process.
